In this time of profound change and global uncertainty, we are called to radically deepen our listening, our leadership, and our embodiment.

What We Will Explore Together

During this 2.5-Hour Workshop with Eden
  • Strengthen your ability to stay present with both grief and joy, understanding them as two sides of the same coin that deepen your capacity to fully feel and hold each emotion.
  • Discover a deeper perspective on resiliency that is grounded in presence, emergence, and adaptability—where community becomes a living, breathing practice rather than a static idea.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of "power with" rather than "power over"—and recognize your ability to give and receive in every moment, cultivating shared leadership and mutual support.
  • Explore the difference between "trying to help" and genuinely being of service.
  • Learn how to serve and hold space without burning out.
  • Move beyond fear and anxiety toward the uncertainty of life and embrace it as an opportunity for growth and transformation.
  • Learn how to embody leadership qualities that transcend duality and foster belonging, connection, and reciprocity—qualities that nature models so beautifully.
  • Learn how to protect what you love rather than defend and react against what you fear.

When & Where

Zoom

November 15th @ 8:30 - 11:00 am PST

Many of us feel the call to show up and support others through these times of immense change.

But to truly hold space for another’s suffering, we must first meet our own with compassion.

When we lean into our discomfort, we expand our capacity for empathy. It is in the depth of our own vulnerability that we find the strength to hold others in theirs.

By honoring our own journey through the difficult terrain of our inner landscape, we become a vessel capable of carrying the emotions of those we serve.

The more fully we inhabit our own lives, the more fully we can show up for others in theirs.
