Dr. Manesh Girn,

Psychedelic Neuroscientist

APPLYING PSYCHEDELIC SCIENCE TO SUPPORT PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION

Manesh will discuss how the latest findings on the brain mechanisms of psychedelic drugs provide valuable insight into the processes that catalyze and support personal transformation, with or without drugs. Drawing on this scientific discussion, he will also provide practical tips on how to maximize and harness neuroplasticity for growth and lasting change.

Dr. Manesh Girn has been lead or co-author on nearly two dozen scientific publications and book chapters on topics including psychedelics, meditation, and the default-mode network. Having completed his PhD in Neuroscience at McGill University, he currently works as a postdoctoral psychedelic neuroscientist at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). At UCSF, Manesh works closely with pioneering psychedelic researcher Dr. Robin Carhart-Harris, where he conducts research on the brain mechanisms underlying psychedelic drugs and personal transformation. Manesh also runs a YouTube channel and Instagram page – called The Psychedelic Scientist – where he discusses the latest findings in psychedelic science in a layperson-friendly form, and he also serves as Chief Research Officer at the psychedelic bioscience company EntheoTech Bioscience.

Dr. Sabrina Hadeed

Existential-phenomenological PsychologIST and PhD in Counseling, Counselor Education, and Supervision.

Foundations of Eco-Therapy

This interactive lecture offers an introduction to the art of psychedelic integration and therapy specifically exploring the experiences of interconnectedness and ecological themes that often manifest in psychedelic states. The presentation also provides an overview of the current research exploring ecological and spiritual themes often experienced in psychedelic states.

Dr. Sabrina Hadeed holds a Master’s degree in Existential-phenomenological Psychology and PhD in Counseling, Counselor Education, and Supervision.

She spent nearly 7 years of her 20 year career in the mental health field as an outdoor educator and nature based therapist. During which time, she spent an estimated 15,000 hours in the wilderness, 5,000 of which were in the remote wilderness for 23 day stretches. These experiences deepened her understanding of the wisdom and power of living to the rhythm of the natural world – amplifying internal strengths and limiting beliefs, as well as, the need for trust and interdependence in others and nature itself. She experienced awe, curiosity, humility, and the existential potency of knowing our place within a larger ecosystem.

Dr. Hadeed founded Bend Ecotherapy in 2017, a counseling practice dedicated to taking therapy outside. Over her career she has worked with thousands of clients, families, and couples helping them to navigate struggle (be it trauma, loss, or life stress), move through transitions with more grace, parenting with less conflict, relationships with more tenderness, and to find their inner wisdom in all things.

She has served as an adjunct professor for Oregon State University and Montana State University. Notably, at MSU she has been a contributing instructor for 6 years in the graduate online Addiction Counseling Certification Program.

Dr. Hadeed was honored with an “Emerging Leader Award” by the Association for Counselor Educators in 2015. And emerge she has, using her drive to empower others, creating opportunities for meaningful change, promoting diversity, and maintaining alignment with the notion that there is always more to learn and blindspots to examine (shadow work). In her leadership roles, she maintains a commitment to non-hierarchical models of leadership – which promote collaboration, inclusivity, and empowerment. She is passionate about using her voice to educate and inspire. Honoring this, she has presented at national and regional conferences throughout her career and has authored several professional articles.

She currently resides in Bend, Oregon and provides ketamine assisted therapy, as well as, guided facilitation for legal guided psilocybin experiences. She recently started a podcast called Microdose Your Marriage and a practice by the same name exclusively for couples work.

She is a certified Breathwork facilitator and a yoga instructor. Dr. Hadeed maintains credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor (OR), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (WA), National Certified Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor.

Her enthusiasm as an eco-psychedelic science educator is greatly influenced by her experiences in nature both personally and professionally, as well as, the amazing human and plant teachers that continue to inspire her.

In her private time, she is most at home in her role as a mother to two spirited little girls, her most sacred teachers.

Dream Mullick

death coach, Teacher, Healer

Inscendence: the way out, is in

Cultivate more JOY for life through a guided meditation on death. When we journey in, to the core of who we are, we prepare for our death and for more life. By meditating on our death, we may find ourselves (re)connecting with our deepest truths, our innate wholeness, and with what makes us fully human: our mortality, our soul essence, and our inherent belonging.

If you’re working with sacrament or psychedelics, this essential practice helps you to prepare and embody your experiences so that you can anchor them more fully into your daily life. It also motivates you to clear out your closet, so to speak, so that when you die, no one else has too.

Born in Madras, India, to an East Indian dad and a Jewish American mom, I was destined to bridge cultures and weave worlds. My childhood unfolded between a hippie commune in Tennessee called The Farm and a suburban coastal town in central Florida, and I learned from a very early age how to navigate many diverse realms of “reality”.

My birth name, inspired by John Lennon’s “Imagine,” mirrors my intrinsic connection to “extra-ordinary” realms of consciousness and dreams, which often guide and illuminate my path. Deeply rooted in the beauty way of the natural world and mystical spiritual realms, my work today is a tapestry of these influences.

With a personal understanding of deep trauma and complex PTSD, I’m devoted to healing the perceived divide between self and the divine, guiding others back to the essence of who we are—Love.

Everything I offer is in service to cultivating a flourishing, resilient and beautiful world, to becoming “fully” human, to restoring the ordinary as sacred.

My current teachings focus on the sacred thresholds of birth and death, alongside the ancient and modern science of plant and psychedelic medicines.

Profoundly shaped by my own encounters with Death, Sacred Plants, and Psychedelics, I regard them as my master teachers. My first experience with mushrooms, 35 years ago, continues to guide me as do the deaths of my father and husband.

My offerings are enriched by diverse studies and initiations, including divination, dreams, death meditation, Tibetan dream yoga, business school, intuitive studies, soul retrieval, somatic trauma work, Shambhala meditation, 19 ways to the 5th world, and other transformative modalities.

I am committed to our journey home—to Love, to the divine, to remembering our interconnectedness, to cultivating resilience, and to our individual and collective liberation. To Truth.

Holly Achaya

Spirit-Psyche Integration Coach

Spirit-Psyche Integration: Expand Into Light and Simultaneously Heal Fractured Aspects of Your Psyche

Class One: The Biology of Trauma and Psychological Fragmentation

In this class, we will explore the biology of trauma and psychological fragmentation. We will delve into the four basic human needs, define trauma, and examine its effects on the physical body, particularly focusing on the freeze response. Additionally, we will investigate how the brain stores memories and how this can lead to short-term survival behaviors that may have long-term, devastating effects on people’s lives. We will analyze how trauma profoundly impacts an individual’s perception of reality and its interaction with the law of attraction. We will be discussing integrative healing that aligns with the laws of nature, utilizing a methodology that encompasses all aspects of a person, including the mind, body, emotions, imagination, and spirit. We will also explore the principles of vibration and polarity, demonstrating how working with these fundamental laws fosters healing, resolution, and an expansion of consciousness. I’ll also give you some practical exercises for you to practice with each other and your future clients.

Class Two: Parts Work

In this class, we will extend our exploration of trauma by diving deeper into the concept of multiple selves created within the psyche due to trauma. We will examine what traumatic socialization is and its impact on the personality structure. We will look at exiled selves (vulnerable parts), manager selves (prison wardens), and firefighter selves (protector parts), as well as explore the concept of the ‘True Self’ versus the limited personality. I’ll also introduce you to relationship triggers, the drama triangle, and the qualities of healthy friendships. This will lead into a practical demonstration of how to work with a couple of different parts work techniques to resolve trauma and heal relationships. My goal is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how trauma shapes the inner personality, how that impacts the external world, and how to use parts work techniques to become an inner architect.

Holly Achaya defies the conventions of a typical healer or spiritual teacher—intense, rebellious, passionate, and a unique amalgamation described affectionately by her students as part alien, part angel. Beyond titles, her mission on this planet is to help bridge the gap between the head and the heart, the sciences and the Spirit, so that people have the opportunity to turn knowledge into wisdom, heal their relationships, and create a more beautiful world together.

When she was 23, her heart was shattered, and she lost all faith in the Western healing system. This catapulted her into a spiritual quest through India, seeking both God and resolve. Here she met a woman who, instead of providing solace, manipulated and distorted spiritual teachings, plunging her into an even deeper psychological hell. The agony of this experience ignited an unwavering passion and a desire to heal herself and help others heal without causing harm.

Although Holly is a passionate student of healing and transformation, studying modalities including biology, science, Chinese medicine, trauma healing, parts work, shadow work, self-inquiry, hypnosis, theta healing, emotional mastery, relationships, psychedelics, Spiral Dynamics, Gene Keys, psychology, and more, she has never lost sight of the fact that, for her, the real point of all this is love, connection, and friendship.

Today, Holly combines her vast knowledge and transformative methodologies and offers it all to her students so that they can apply it to their lives. Professionally, Holly is the founder of the ‘Shadow Workers Academy’ and is known for her cutting-edge ‘Spirit-Psyche Integration’ healing program.
